Between my Junior and Senior years of high school, I did a pre-college portfolio program at the Corcoran in Washington, D.C.. My focuses were on drawing and photography. One of the best things about being surrounded by other art students is the complete lack of guard and willingness to model whenever and wherever.

This shot and print came about as an experiment because I had a bag of photo paper with a hole in it, that was obviously ruined. But sometimes mistakes can be utilized, as I’ve often said, and that’s what I did here.
