Mentor Mondays presents . . . My mom, Gloria

One of the most important mentors in my entire life is obviously my mother. Aside from being an amazing mother, she was raised with rich italian traditions that she passed on to me and my sisters. One of those traditions is her mother’s sauce recipe.

As I honor my life I’m not going to write my recipe here, but I’m posting pictures of my mom showing me how to make our sauce. One of my favorite things about watching my family cook is the colors they use and the compositions created with each step.
