Sketchbook Saturdays: Coffee & Contact Sheets, 2009

Sometimes I find I enjoy my contact sheets more than my images blown up and it was in Italy when I met Libby Kramer, my photo TA, who showed me this feeling was totally acceptable. She used her contact sheets as more than maps – she made them into whole pieces in her studio by combining them. They told stories, created strong themes and they were amazing.
