Diner En Blanc – A Night of Firsts
A few weeks back I attended Diner En Blanc in Philadelphia with some amazing friends. Some of my friends had done it the year before and had such an epic time, I decided I wasn’t going to miss this year. #FOMO am I right?
For those of you who don’t know, Diner En Blanc is a flash mob fancy dinner tradition that originated in France. Everyone signs up and you’re informed the week of the dinner where to meet your group. You dress in ALL WHITE and go to meet your group. Your group leader will take you to the dinner’s secret location and show you where you set up your table, chairs, decorations and food. You eat, drink, dance to a DJ, pose for pictures, and generally have an incredible time.
