I recently shot the GGDPHL’s event featuring Melissa Ward‘s lecture on Sweet Balancing Act: Growing a passion into a business while maintaining a 9-5 work-life balance. Hosted by Zivtech.

It was a great experience seeing a bunch of young professionals getting together to hear from our peers about how to create the life we want to be living. The whole evening made me think of a quote by Jason Mraz, “Go make your life, not a living.” That is something I think Melissa went out and did and found a realistic balance between the demands of a daily job and doing what she’s passionate about.
