Adventures with Jenny: Down by the Brooklyn Bridge

Adventures with Jenny continues into the Brooklyn Bridge area. We made some extremely necessary stops for iced coffee. And not just any iced coffee – my favorite iced coffee in NYC. One Girl Cookies will make your iced coffee with iced coffee cubes. Yes. You can drink your iced coffee slowly with no fear of watering it down. Needless to say I’m obsessed with this place.

I love the area near the Brooklyn Bridge by the waterfront. It’s always full of people, fun pop-up markets and events. Not to mention West Elm! I may be biased, but it’s a beautiful store with some great Local features that I recommend checking out in person.

We also loved the views of the skyline you get looking from DUMBO into Manhattan. It’s really quite impressive. Brooklyn’s industrial heart is truly celebrated in DUMBO throughout the buildings, cobblestone streets, and sister bridges.
